"Excellent service as always"
Employees are friendly and food is served quickly. I got the spicy shrimp tacos which are the bomb.

"Quesawho?"
I ordered what was supposed to be a quesadilla for curbside pickup,from Chili's bar and grill in Plantation, Fl. Got home, opened container, still wondering.This is the most unappealing, unappetizing thing I have seen in a while.

"Excellent service!"
My family visited a Chili's in Ft Worth, we we're celebrating my husband's funeral day! It was a rough day so I'm not sure where we we're exactly, but our sweet waitresses name was Juanita. There was quite a few of us, and she handled it all so well. Very fun and courteous. I wanted to also compliment the others as well! They all worked really really hard! We all had a great time! Thank you Jaunita!

"best food around"
Chili's has become a very well-known restaurant in my family. It is where we celebrate special occasions and where we went t find out my sister was pregnant. The first thing we order is Texas Cheese Fries, they are the best thing on the menu. Chili's also has the best ranch ever. The staff is always attentive and understanding when a child makes a mess. overall chilis have some of the best food around and I love it.

"Went to chilis on Easter"
Went to chilis on Easter. My wife's big bites had no bacon and no sautéed onions. My grandson's burger had no bacon. My daughter's sandwich was not what she ordered. Manager came over, I explained issues. He said he would take care of it immediately. A minute later saw him sitting at table doing work. Bacon never came out. Though we did get half off on plate, my wife never ate the big bites cause they got cold waiting for bacon. We go to chili's once in a blue moon because of issues. After this, NO MORE

"DO NOT GO TO DELAVAN WI LOCATION"
The worst service EVER! I take my kids to Chili's all of the time and we had bad experiences before but the good experiences by far outweighed the bad. But the last time I took my son there we will NEVER return. Not only was the waitress rude but the manager took the cake with winning the prize for unprofessionalism. It started with me ordering a virgin bloody mary and when I got it, it had table salt on the rim. It was nothing but tomato juice and tabasco sauce. I asked for a pickle only and was given three olives which I specifically said not to put in it. When I brought it to the waitresses attention all she said was it was a mix and with attitude offered to show me the bottle. I wish I would have seen it but I declined. The manager then came up and said they have always put salt on the rim of the glass. It should be celery salt - not table salt. As for our appetizer of chips and queso dip the chips were so greasy they were not edible. I asked our waitress if she would eat them and her reply was "No. I didn't serve them to you". Because she didn't serve them does not make it okay. But yet she is the one who gets our tip when we pay the bill. And when the main course of food came my son whom ordered a burger was never asked how he wanted it done so he ended up with an overcooked piece of meat. My steak I ordered was paper thin and also hard as a rock. I swapped out my broccoli for corn and was never asked for the cob or kernels. I got a cob of corn with an over abundance of seasoning on it in one spot only. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the waitress and she did nothing to resolve the situation. With her negativity I showed her one of the overly greasy chips and tossed it on my plate that she was clearing away. The manager came over and yelled at me to not throw food at his waitress. I never threw it at her. He made a HUGE scene in front of all the patrons to NEVER COME BACK and leave the establishment immediately. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and would never treat a patron like that even if all they wanted was something for free. I go to a restaurant and expect to pay. I would have paid but being humiliated in front of the whole restaurant with the manager yelling at me is where I draw the line. I can deal with the food being bad but how I was treated is uncalled for. The manager told me to pay the bill and leave. I did cross the line and tossed my plate but I refuse to be treated the way we were. After witnessing what we experienced people who were waiting to be seated left. The manager should be setting by example and both him and the waitress lost more business than they earned that night. I will probably still continue to go to Chili's because I love your food - it just won't ever be the Delavan WI location.

"I wish I could give zero stars"
OK I called in some cheese fries and a large, sweet tea. When they text me and said it was ready, I was turning in I had already been on my way. I waited like five minutes for the girl to come out and there was no one in the parking lot. I was the only one there. I didn’t check my fries until I got home and the honey chipotle sauce that I ordered on the side I didn’t get that the fries were cold and hard as a rock and stuck together. Unfortunately I had to get back to work so I couldn’t return them the sweet tea that I bought had not one bit of ice in it and was as warm as could be. It was terrible and then when I called to complain about it, the young sassy little girl that answered the telephone I don’t know what her name is so that’s how I’m going to refer to her because that’s how she acted all she said after I finished telling her everything was OK and that was it please if you want to not waste your money and have a good meal, please do not visit chilli’s in plant city, because it is terrible. The customer service there with the exception of one person is terrible. I will never ever go there again and this girl that talked to me on the telephone she was so so rude and if I was a mean, vengeful person I would take this a step further, but I’m just gonna leave it here and forget about it .

"I think all of these chain restaurants…"
I think all of these chain restaurants are different wherever ur at. But here in Chattanooga TN it is so amazing! The food is so awesome and a tad expensive, but that's just cause we can't afford too many extra expenses, but otherwise we got full on a very wonderful meal. Very few chain restaurants are really good that way!

"Horrible customer service from (Manager)!"
Me and my daughter went into the Homewood location. Today was her birthday. We stay there over 2 1/2 hours waiting on food which we never received. Our server was very concerned and apologetic. He informed us that he was going to reach out to the manager to see if he can accommodate us. We did notice him talking to the manager, and the manager started to shake his head as well as look very upset with the server, I guess, requesting to accommodate for waiting so long to never receive our food, which we never still received once the food did come out, we deny the food. The server came over and informing us that the manager was not going to accommodate us, but he was very apologetic and sorry we told the server it's OK it's not his fault. We thanked & tipped him. This was the worst experience ever on behalf of a manager, and I definitely don't understand why he felt the need not to accommodate us as well as it was my daughter's birthday.

"Worst service I ever had"
A friend and I went to chili's on okeechobee in westpalmbeach florida *******, I had the worst experience of my life in that restaurant. The waitress was awful. The service was non existent. They have a deal 3 for $10.99. That includes a drink, a salad and a entre. Tonight was a Margherita night. If you upgraded to a drink, it would be $2.69 more. I had a coupon for free chips and salsa. The waitress never came back with it until I asked 3 times. It got brought the table after the food was served. We asked for boxes to go and our bills. The waitress did not come. My friend had to go to the kitchen to get boxes. The bill came, it was wrong. She tried to charge me for the free chips and salsa and 5.00 per drink., not the $2.69 that was listed in the menu. She said she fixed the bill, she lied. I then told her I was good with numbers and I cought her trying to cheat me. She then laughed and said she w ouldnt cheat me- that's cause I cought her. Then the manager tried to charge us for tap water the same price as a glass of soda. After arguing with this lovely manager for 10-15 minutes, he said he would give us a glass of pop to go. All we wanted was a nice dinner and that never happened. At this restaurant the customer is never right or listened too. Public beware.

"Shameful customer service"
After religious services, a group of us called ahead to Chili's on Highway 78 in Lilburn. We called ahead, stating we were 15 minutes away, and were told there was no wait. Arriving 15 minutes later we saw empty tables and were told there is an hour or more wait. We stated we would just wait at the empty table. One of the employees said "no", and kept changing her story as to the change and said the manager on duty would speak to us. That person in charge refused to speak to come out as we waited about 15 minutes. Apparently, he/she had no time for us. We left feeling brushed off and jilted. Don't intend to return again. Why would you treat peaceful customers that way?

"Extremely poor service"
Last night I visited the Chili's location at 7600 N. Mesa St. In El Paso, TX. I wanted to order to go. The hostess did not greet me, just asked "table for how many?" Then, when I told her I wanted to place a carryout order, she said, "go straight here, then right all the way to the end". There is a small counter against the bank end wall right next to the kitchen. Nobody was there, after waiting for about 10 minutes, I went back to the reception hostess to aske her if she could call somebody and take my order, went back to the counter after being assured that somebody would be there to take my order; after at least 15 minutes of waiting unsuccessfully, I was ready to leave, when a woman showed up who asked me in a very loud voice if I had a pick up; I told her what I was there for and how frustrated I was, she didn't acknowledge my comment at all, and just said, "So, what you want to order", I asked her for a menu which she grabbed from the top and just threw it on top of the counter. I didn't just turn around and leave because it was a very cold night to be driving around to pick another restaurant...I waited for my order at the bar...I give them one star because the bartender was a very kind and nice person; the food was okay. However, I will not recommend anyone to go there and I am not going back.

"Best server ever!"
I had Caleb as my server at Dekalb chilies, other Sycamore Road he made sure we were taking care of and he was respectful. I will definitely be coming back.
