"Went to Chili’s for dinner and…"
Went to Chili’s for dinner and the food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. The whole place just felt kind of chaotic though. It was really loud, our table felt sticky, and the lighting in our section was weirdly dark. The staff were nice enough, but it sort of had that feeling where the restaurant was overwhelmed and somehow that became our problem. Just didn’t feel like a relaxing place to sit down and eat

"Not really worth it anymore"
I paid almost $40 and ended up with tiny portions and fries that were already cold. When I tried to figure out if anything could be done, I felt like I was just being passed around. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think it’s worth the price anymore

"I checked chilis before we headed…"
I checked Chili's before we headed out, and it looked like there were plenty of seats open, though I wasn’t sure if it would still be accurate by the time we got there. We showed up around dinner time, so I was kind of expecting a wait anyway, but we barely waited at all. It made the whole night way less stressful. I’d definitely give it 5 stars...

"It Was Fine, I Guess"
I went to Chili’s and the food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. The service was kind of the downside, though. Our server didn’t really check on us much, and when we asked for refills, they seemed a little annoyed. I get that they might’ve been busy or just having an off day, so I’m not trying to be too harsh, but it did make the meal feel a bit awkward. I’d probably go back if someone else wanted to, but I’m not rushing to return.

"Why can't every restaurant get it this right?"
I've ordered from chilis.com a few times now, it's kind of annoying that they're making other places look so bad. The ordering is easy, the food actually shows up right, and it tastes the same every time. No weird issues, no messed-up bags, no excuses. At this point, I blame Chili's for proving it doesn't have to be complicated.

The food was good overall, but we ended up waiting longer than I thought we would. Not sure if they were just busy or if something was going on, but it took a while. Still enjoyed the meal though.

I ordered through chilis and was surprised by how fast everything was. Since it was around dinner time, I expected to be waiting a bit, but my order was ready way sooner than I thought. Pickup was really smooth too, no confusion, no standing around, just grabbed my food and headed out. Overall, I was really happy with how quick and easy the whole experience was.
"The Checkout Plot Twist Was a Bit Much"
I ordered from chilis.com thinking it’d be a simple dinner situation, but then the checkout turned into a whole dramatic reveal. Prices seemed to shift after I added things, and some fees didn’t show up until later, which made the total feel higher than I expected. I totally get that taxes and delivery cost extra, but it would be nice if everything was clearer earlier on. The food itself was fine, but the ordering process made it feel like the final bill came with a surprise ending

Just sharing in case it helps other parents, there wasn’t much here that my kids really liked. Every kid is different, of course, so yours might feel differently, but for us it didn’t end up being a favorite.

"Menu feels a little stuck"
I used to check chilis.com before heading out because I liked seeing what was new, but lately the menu just feels kind of uninspired. Reading between the lines, it’s clear they’re sticking to the usual burgers, ribs, and chicken dishes instead of trying to mix things up. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, there really isn’t much to choose from. I was hoping to find a few more fresh or different options, but it’s mostly the same heavy stuff.

I went in really craving ribs, like that was the whole reason I stopped by, and then they were out again. I get that stuff happens, but still, it’s kind of annoying when you’ve already got your mind set on it. Hopefully next time they actually have them.

Stopped in for drinks and snacks no complaints. Prices were cheap, everything was easy to grab, and I was in and out quick. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny rubber duck sitting by the register, but the snacks were good and that’s what mattered.

The manager got back to me quicker than I expected, which I appreciated. It was one of those little things where I noticed the reply came in almost right away, and the whole issue was handled without any back-and-forth or confusion.

"Decent food, but the service dragged"
The food was alright and the restaurant was definitely busy, so I get that things can take a little longer. Our server was nice whenever she actually made it over, but we waited quite a bit for refills and then again just to get the check. The repeated verification stuff was also annoying, it felt like I had to confirm things more than once when it really shouldn’t have been that complicated. Not the worst experience, just slower and more frustrating than I expected. I’d still order from chilis again, but I really hope they’re more attentive next time.

The lettuce looked like it had already given up on life, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around since the prehistoric snack era. Not exactly the fresh meal I was hoping for.

"Quick help when my order got stuck"
I had a small issue with my online order, so I sent a message to support, kind of expecting it to take a while like these things usually do. But they actually got back to me faster than I thought. It wasn’t a big dramatic thing or anything, just needed one extra email to clear it up, and then they fixed it. i was already mentally preparing to chase it down for a few days, so it was a nice surprise. Overall, good support.

"Everything Was Right"
I ordered dinner from chilis.com, it all went really smoothly. Nothing was missing, the sauces were in the bag, the sides were there, and the drinks were exactly what we picked. I made a couple changes to my burger too, and they actually got them right, which, you know, doesn’t always happen with online orders. Pickup was easy, the food was still warm, and the whole order was accurate. Simple, but I was happy with it

"I had an issue with my order…"
I had an issue with my order and was close to just not ordering from them again. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but support ended up handling it better than I expected and got everything fixed. I’m giving 4 stars because they did make it right, but I hope it’s smoother next time.

"Just Couldn't Get Past the Mess"
I really wanted to give this place a chance, and maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the tables were sticky, there was food all over the floor, and the bathroom smelled bad. I’m not super picky, but I just couldn’t relax or enjoy it. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

"Rewards page has been kind of frustrating"
I’ve been trying to use the rewards page for a while now, I think since sometime last month or maybe the month before, and it’s confusing. Half the time it doesn’t load right for me, and when it does, I’m not always sure where to find what I need. The points also seem to take a long time to show up, which makes it hard to tell if everything is actually being tracked...
